Set in the early 1960's, this free-wheeling jazz-soaked noir alternate reality tale not only got Dan nominated twice for Best Painter for the two volumes which make up this collected soft-cover edition, it marked the first appearance of Harley Quinn outside of the Batman Animated Adventures line, before her appearance in the regular DCU.
